Dell Mini Inspiron - Turn On - won't start - flashes white then orange

Hi,

my dell mini inspiron won't turn on. I press the power button and it flashes white once then orange then light goes off and it won't turn on.

any suggestions?
 
Might be a memory issue. Try re-seating the RAM. If that doesn't work, try another stick.
