Dell monitor problem (sometimes goes crazy)(video)

Hi, long time no see on cf hehe

anyways my dell is driving me crazy and I need it so much right now!
It works fine for like 1h and then it gets like this and stays so for like 2h then back to normal again
What is the problem? how to fix?
Need to change monitor I think! just want to be sure

lolz that doesn't look good! Have you tried connecting an external moniter, just to be sure that it isn't, for some reason, the internal graphics card?
