Dell Printing Issue

One of my friends has a new Dell with Vista, and the printer is only printing a certain amount of pages, and one of her friends tried fixing it, and it printed like 2 pages, then stopped. I think she installed the software for it, but I can check.


Any other ideas?

The printer works for other computers, and her main computer works with her other mobile printer, both are HPs, and her main one is a Dell, so it's a weird problem between the Dell and the HP Laser Jet, I installed the drivers for it off the website, and now it's being recognized and ready to use, but it says it's idle and it doesn't print.




Any ideas?
