Dell Studio XPS Desktop Computer

I bought the Dell Studio XPS just recently. I read all the reviews I could find
and the biggest con was the fan is extremely loud when processing. I didn't
believe it could be as bad as they said but alas it is true. You can't hear yourself think when this kicks in. Any help out there? Is it really the fan or could it be hard drive seek? Anyone with this computer chime in please!

Change the fan. Grab some Scythe Flex fans or Noctua fans and replace the stock Dell fans.

Change the fans I doubt it is the HD usually HD's are quieter than the fan

Well you did some research and has been warned from other who bought the pc and they did tell you about the fan. That the best thing about review. People don't lie.

I guess you just have to replace the fan if you can get a replacement that fit to a dell(sell) pc. From what I read of the review Dell have a poor customer service. You pretty much on your own. Good Luck and hope you can replace the fan.
