I was deleting things i didnt need off my computer today. After I got done, i ran a malware bytes anti malware to see if i had any infected files on my computer. After it got done scanning it found 151 infected areas from mywebsearch search bar. It said i had to restart my computer for the removal of the infected files to be completely removed. I restarted the computer and everthing seemed fine until it started restarting itself. It starts restarting right after the menu that says F2 for setup and F12 for boot. Right after that it says entering power save. I need to get my computer working. I have so many files on it that cannot be lost because i never made a backup of the files. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Hi Dustin92,

In response to your query, most probably Flee power could help you to fix this problem.
Instruction for Flee Power,

1. Switch off the computer & unplug all the external peripherals like printer, external Hard drives,
flash drives & etc.
2. Unplug all the power source for the CPU and Monitor.
3. Now press & hold the power button for 15 seconds and then connect the power chords and the peripherals and start the computer.

In case the above steps fail, try system restore by pressing F8 key on the Dell logo while you start the computer, this will take you to the advance boot option screen under that you have the option repair your computer ---> system restore option, select the option and follow the on screen instructions.

Note : system restore will not affect any of your data

Let us know if this works & if you need any further help.
