Dell the most useless company ever!

Im just after spending half an hour waiting and listening to that crap hold music just so i could be told no sorry.I was looking to see if dell could supply me a new power unit a 350w unit instaed of the standard 250w the first person i was talking to said that when you upgrade your graphics card your old unit should be able to support it and i could get a new unit if i wanted then i was transfered to two wrong helpdesks and finally i got to the sales and parts after an hour and then i was told no you get a different unit and that i was stuck with a 128mb graphics card surely this is all crap right? cant someone really help me out iv got a dell dimension 4600!

hmm i always get through in less than 2 minutes.
 
dell phone support is shit on a stick try the online chat, it finds a representitive in like 2 seconds
its so much easier
