Dell vs HP vs Gateway

Hi.. I'm notebook shopping. I'm intending on using this to play games such as Sims 2, and I'm keeping my price range from $1000-1100. I've got it narrowed down to three with similar specs and prices.. which one wins?

So now I'm debating between this and the dell.. This has a better vid card, but worse HDD.. although i could customize that same vid card for the dell. Suggestions?
 
All three of those suck, get you a Toshiba or a Vaio. They have such reliability problems, I work at a photography biz and we have had a Dell and a HP, the Dell's Hard Drive started acting whacky, bad sectors and funny noise, not the general clicking, this was metal on metal screeching. I got up one morning and went to check the office, the laptop was right where I left it last night and nobody had been there, I turned it on and it had dead pixels on the right bottom corner.
 
I feel that the toshiba was already more expensive than the others and it still has less RAM... are there toshiba's that are more affordable while still being 2Ghz processor and a 256 MB vid card?
 
Hmm.. a bit much over my budget.. and it's a slower processor, and a chipset, not a vid card. Also, I only need 1 gb of memory, and the HDD was also very excessive. Any toshibas that are in the 1,100 range and have a 2GHz processor and 256MB video card? Show me one and I will seriously consider it.
