Dell vs philips

Im Having hard time to decide between
Dell 2014h and
Philips 223v5lsb
The size doesnt play much of a rule. I think Smaller is better to you eye sight. I want good and sharp colors and a good value led monitor.
Do someone know something about those 2?
My monitor turns off every 1 second so I need a new one.

I don't know if you ever will read this?

But I would go for the Dell if I where you? Not that the Philips are bad either. But Dell monitors are very often really good. Just the particular Dell monitor you have asked about. Have got quite many good customer reviews.

Even i would suggest you to go the DELL way as their monitors are really good and quite reasonable too!

and the sharpness of picture depends on the quality of material used, not on the size of the screen
