Dell XPS i7-6700K 24gb GTX 750 or HP i7-6700 16gb GTX 960?

I'm in doubt about which of those 2 pcs I should by to video editing. What is more important, better GPU or more memory? Could you please help me?

Build one from scratch. It'll be higher quality and you'll save some money.

Building one will scratch will mean that you can have the 6700K and the GTX 960 if you want (but actually it'd probably be better to have a 6600K and a GTX 970 or a 980 if all you're doing is gaming) but given the choice go with the HP because it has the stronger graphics card. I don't even know why Dell specced that machine with a 6700K anyway when the motherboard they use likely prevents you from overclocking it anyway, meaning that it runs at 6700 speeds.
