Well I thought this Laptop was having problems with the video card becuase EVERY single game (WoW, Aion, COD4 + WAW) all freeze after a few minutes of gameplay (but you can still hear the sound and if you cast spells in the games you can still hear them going off) But after getting a replacement Video card from dell it STILL does the same thing....could this be the ram or the MB fault????

If you need more info just wait about 30 minutes when i get home from work...this is actually something thats wrong with my cousins PC but ive been trying to fix it for a few days now and i did run ram tests ALL night and found nothing.....so confused!

and by the way he can play WoW on it SOMETIMES like if hes not in a busy town...it makes NO SENSE ....could you recommend a good free pc temp reader for an Intel board ?? I used to know one but i cant think of it today for some reason off the top of my head..

Check your heat as suggested (I also love HWMonitor, or PC Wizard). RAM's probably not a bad guess either, and should be easy enough to test with software (memtest86) or simply remove one of the sticks. Though I'm also sort of wondering about the power supply... Has it worked well in the past?

Hey guys heres my followup to all your questions.

Yes i opened it up and blew it out
Yes it worked well in the past its 3 years old now
The model is a Xps M-1710
