Dell's Warranty

Ok, I bit the bullet yesterday and got a refurbed Dell Optiplex for less than £200 yesterday and it comes with a 3 year on-site next day warranty. What is the service on this like? I would have been happy with a simple 90 RTB but this looks a bit of a Brucy Bonus, if it's any good?
 
I had trouble with my Dell when it was under warranty. The hard drive failed. It was hard to get a hold of the guy that done the work but when I did get a hold of him, he came right out and put a new one in no questions asked. I even added a second hard drive myself but he did not say anything about that. I was fairly pleased with their service. I always hear people talk about how bad Dell's warranty service is but I didn't have too much trouble. I must have been lucky.
 
I bought several Optiplex computers from Dell for my business. They all came with the 3 year next day warranty. On two different computers I've called Dell and they replaced the failed items the next day. One was a power supply the other was a hard drive. Like you said, it's a bonus!
