Hi, my dad's laptop seems to be infected, but he keeps getting a very similar, if not the same one, over and over. I have uninstalled xp and the done a complete reinstall of XP. Now, there is an icon for delself, a MS-DOS Batch file. I do not know what this is, should I just delete the file? And also, what would you recommened for a firewall? I know ZoneAlarm is good, should we get that?
One more thing, when we have this virus, it keeps trying to "Install antivirus program", to "delete" the virus, though I know this is really going to install viruses. Any help appreciated, thanks!!
