Deos this heasink fit in my mobo?

here is the heatsink w/fan i want to get, i need a 478 socket and this says it fits that. this is it ZALMAN CNPS7000B. I have a micro asus mobo and this heatsink looks pretty big to fit in it. does it fit in my mobo?

says socket 478 right in the description of it...so yeah it will work

I think he's asking if it will fit his motherboard, not his CPU.

I would think that it would fit as long as it isn't too crowded around the CPU. If you're unsure try to look up the dimensions of the HSF and look at how much space you have on your motherboard.
