Design me a PC please!

I know this might be seen as lazy, but I figured it is better to ask the pros :P

I am putting a pc in my car, so it needs to be low power consumption. As many USB slots as humanly possible with a top of the line soundcard up to the value of $1200 (For the soundcard). The rest of the pc try and keep fairly cheap. No gaming will be done on it at all but some movies will be watched.

I compete in CAASQ competitions so sound has to be crystal clear preferably with seperate front/rear/sub thingys like HUs have.

Umm, try and keep it at around 120watts.

As you can tell, it is a fairly basic PC but I hope to wack 2 400gb HD's in because audio in FLAC is bloody huge.

Any help would be wounderful and lovely and blah blah.

*Will be running Windows XP Pro*

why a pc over a head unit? would be a lot more simple to get an f1 or something in that area. i didn't think iasca or any of the other sq competitions awarded points for looks other than the cleanliness of installs?

I'm in Australia :P We don't have those classes anymore (IASCA).

No reason other than if I got a head unit I'd still need a carpc since I am building it to control my car (Windows, aircon, alarm... everything).

I won't get any futher points for the pc, but it is easier for me. I'll be having my GPS on the dash, my rearview mirror is going to be a screen with the camera and I flick a switch and it turns into stats like engine management and crap.

I just bought 2 xbox's to go in the back of the car as well :>

Basically setting the car up as an entertainment car.

(I was looking at the Eclipse 9855, or 9885 whichever one is the top of the line model - so basically it is equal with the F1 gear since alpine and eclipse lead the HU battle)

ah, i see.

you're talking about the wrong eclipse, because the 9855 is an alpine! do you mean the 8455?

Yeah that must be it.

Headunit numbers confuse the crap out of me, I swear they try and make it confusing.
