Deskbar & desktop are moved left dwon

Deskpar & desktop on my monitor secreen moved from top-bottom to left-right. Start point are right and top side moved to left.

could you explain this a bit more? I don't quite get what you're trying to say
is the entire desktop rotated? or just the start bar

Yes the taskbar and desktop are both rotate the left down. I tried to move the the deskbar with mouse. The desk bar move but the position is not streight.
