I suggest you get a slightly better PSU, just in case you upgrade in future.

If he doesn't really game then there is no sense in upgrading the psu. He mentions no gaming in original post. Otherwise he could get the cx500m for a wider range of video cards.

I don't game, what budget case do you recommend? Instead the one you listed (I don't no what I should look for in a good case)

Gonna want something decent with good airflow, 120mm fans. I wouldn't spend any less than around $50 for a case. I don't know your likes/dislikes and looks and design of a case is important to me.
