Hello, I need help choosing parts to build my mate a computer. The budget is £400 but that has to include an OS

The computer is going to need to be able to run games such as Dayz, stronghold crusader 2, assetto corsa and maybe even elder scrolls online.

Also needs to be intel processor.

Yeah i told him it was going to be difficult with that budget, thanks for the list il have a word with him see if he wants to spend more or not
