lately i am having this trouble with my stepdaughter that keeps accessing my computer without permission. i wanna know if someone could help me on how to password protect my desktop that no one can access other than me? please por favor! gracias in advance
You could go into the BIOS (normally by pressing an F_ key or delete at start up) and there should be a set password setting so as soon as the computer loads it asks for a password.
^^ Yes, this is a password that would be present in the BIOS and not part of Windows, that way she couldn't access the BIOS, either... (btw, it should be F8, if not then F2)
