Can anyone tell me where everyone gets their Desktop Themes?

Some people get them from windowsblinds but not everyone as I have seen..

Anyone can tell me?

some people say window blinds is a resource hogger, so they prefer to use standard
msstyle
but first you'll need THIS
when done you can symply go on deviantart or BelchFire and download some msstyle

Windowblinds doesn't hog resources at all, it's fine!
