Desperate - Need help!!!!

I'm desperate and need help, this may be a long read but I beg you all to please take time to read it and give me some advice, I'll start from the beg.

I custom built a computer last year and everything was perfect and I loved it. But after a few months my hard drive crashed so I sent it back and got a new one (same hard drive). Installed it and everything was perfect again until the hard drive crashed again so I decided to get a different hard drive so I got 2 500 gb hard drives, my first two were 1tb. But when I installed them and went to turn the computer back on nothing happened. I unplugged and re-plugged the connections and power supply a few times to make sure everything was connected right and every time it the lights and fans would turn on for a second and turn right back off then one time a bright blue flash happened to I stopped. Everyone told me it was mother board that broke so I got a new one along with a new video card because the one I had somehow cracked and wouldn't worked either (tested it on my friends computer). So I also got a new video card. Still nothing worked so I took it to my old computer networking teacher and he told me I needed a new processor soooo I got a new processor and once that came in I took it to him and we put it together. It would turn on but wouldn't boot up or anything so he connected a POST card to it and it read FF - he told me what it meant but I forgot. So him and a few others on a paintball forum I go to said it is probably the power supply then so I ordered a new one and it just came in and it still doesn't boot up but only powers on, all the lights and fans come on but thats it. IDK what to do it's pretty much a new computer now and it doesn't work. only things that aren't new is the ram, case and dvd drive. I really wanna get this computer running again and I've spent over $1,000 on it easily now and refuse to give up because I've spent so much on it. What should I do?? Everyone I talk to have no clue what is wrong with it.

Have you tried building the system outside of the case? Since you said you have everything new but the memory, try different memory then as well. Disconnect any hardware not required to boot up. remove the HDD's, dvd rom drive, any pci addon cards, usb devices. Leave keyboard, mouse, and 1 stick of ram. and see if it boots up. And as I said before, try building it outside of the case as you may be grounding the motherboard out.
