When your system is POSTing, you should see an option to enter BIOS. It's *usually* F8.
Also, you may not need to enter BIOS to boot to a CD. Also during POSTing, you should see an option to enter a 1-time Boot Selector screen (*usually* F2, F11, or F12). From there, simply select the device you wish to boot from and you're set.

The DFIs that I have had you hit the Delete key to get into the bios. But like said above at the bottom of the screen when booting it should have press -- key to boot from CD/DVD rom or for boot order.
