DFI; nF4-DAGF 939 ($90) vs. The LanParty Boards

I am still open to suggestion, but I think I will be going with a DFI mobo. Here are the ones I am considering:
Four-Board comparison

I want to keep it cheap with the $90 board, and I don't think I want to get into SLI boards. But for $30 more I could get an nF4 LanParty, or for $40 more I could get an nF4 Ultra LanParty.

Could someone define a "user" that would/could utilize the advantages of having a LanParty board with nF4 NB, over the non LanParty board with nF4 NB?

I see the LanParty board has 2 PCI-E slots;
-What good are 2 PCI-E slots, w/o SLI capability?
-The reviews say that only 1 slot is physically usable due to NB placement.

What is the performance difference between an nForce 4 vs. nForce 4 Ultra?
-What applications would use that difference to full potential.
-What about other NorthBridge Brands? (opinions)

Can you overclock with the non-LanParty board?
-Is it a "beginner" OC board with limited options for OC'ing? Or not at all?

Is it worth another $30 for "LanParty nF4" when the non-LanParty has nF4 also? If so, why not $10 more for "LanParty nF4 Ultra"?
