Diagnostics card

Where could I get a hold of a pc diagnostics card. Because I am going to be having several lan computers and I dont want to have to "think with my brain" (lol as my brother just said) to figure out the problem, when I could spend some money and get the answer right then and there.

I figure it will save me allot of time because I wont have to troubleshoot every single pc.
