Did Firefox have a makeover?

Last night I opened Firefox and it’s changed. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if I like it or not, but since I wasn’t notified, I’m suspecting foul play. My 7 yr old grandson was on the computer right before this happened, but he was in his own user window and I have most everything turned off or hidden in his stuff although he can access a couple of shortcuts in IE.
the colors and tool bar are different. Also the tabs look different, but I'm not sure because of the color.
So did Firefox have an update that could have changed my display settings?
 
Yes, Firefox looks more like chrome now. Download and use pale moon if you like the way firefox looked before the update.

I am not going to say that I do not like the way how Chrome looks like,but I like the UI of Firefox a lot more.
So I really hate that Mozilla started copying Chrome.That sucks!
And also the rapid version number is another thing they copy from Chrome...dammit!
 
I just found out that my work is going to Chrome at the end of the month which surprised me because they will not allow anybody to use Firefox. I’ve been avoiding it because I don’t like them collecting all my information.
 
I just noticed the change when I stupidly upgraded.
Is there a way to put the tabs below the address bar anymore?
 
Doesn't look like it. I just checked. I prefer them on the top anyway (more reading room).

Maxx, have you tried Pale Moon? That still has the old UI and you can place the tabs where you like.
