Well I would guess it's because he was using some CPU intensive programs, or played strategy games with lots of units. Could also been a Minecraft guy, certain projects can require a good CPU.

That's actually a steal for $300... Your friend really hooked you up, you should give him extra thanks lol.

It can run most games on high settings, might want to upgrade the GTX 650Ti, but other than that, it's a pretty damn good system for $300.

You practically got the system for more than half off, and this is not even including the case.

ill definitely thank him again then, i only known him a few weeks so i was a little suspicious but this is great news thanks again guys.
