Did Newegg shaft me?

So about a month ago I was turning on my PC and I hear a popping sound and a burning smell. I open up and I see the mobo has fried itself and a capacitor blew. I have it under warranty of course and I get a new on shipped out to me. I install all the parts and get the water loop all hooked back up and surprise surprise. I turn on the PC and nothing is showing up on the monitor. I double checked triple checked all wires and connectors. I changed out all the power cables. I removed the gpu and tried mounting it on different PCIE slots. All the fans do turn on and run and all the lights are coming on. But no image on the monitor. I try changing out hdmi cables, I tried using a DVI cable and VGA. Nothing. I hooked up the little speaker so that I can listen for error codes. once again nothing. I check the ram to make sure it's set properly and in the correct arrangement. Once again nothing. I tried using a different graphics card and nothing. Only thing I can think of is that the cpu is dead from the mobo dying earlier. But I have no way to test this theory. I'm literally at a loss here

Just for the hay of it, do you have another monitor to test with? Are there video settings in BIOS you need to configure?

Test with a known good PSU. It sounds like you had some additional investigating to do rather than blindly replacing just the mainboard.

If the PSU was the real cause of the original failure it could cause your new parts to fail too.

What model of power supply is it?

Agreed, sounds like you have other parts that have been fried. Could be memory, video card, cpu. You will need to do some troubleshooting.

The PSU is a rosewill capstone 750W. I have already tried using different monitors and different video outputs, hdmi, vga, dvi. I did switch out gpus and try with a known working gpu and I still got nothing showing up. I tried booting with the bare minimum and still nothing. I tried hooking up a speaker to listen for error codes and once again. Nothing. Pc boots just fine. But nothing shows up on the monitor.

It powers on, I don't smell burning. It's staying booted up. Water loop is running. Fans are on, mother board warms up on the north and south bridge. Gpu fans are running. Not sure what else to tell you.
