diff between 1,066MHz RAM & 667MHz???

Hello all,
I was just wondered what difference I might notice in an hp versus gateway with 3GB 1,066MHz DDR2 SDRAM 3GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM.

I think the hp might have higher quality, but the gateway's 1066MHz ram will be faster with CAD applications.

Also, how much difference would I notice with a 350 versus 400 watt power supply. Will I notice the graphics card being slower with the 350 because it will run hotter?

Please do not tell me about what to do by building a desktop, because I do not want to. I already know I could make something better by building.

Honestly tho if you are serious into CAD why wouldn't you build one? It would be much more efficient, plus you'd definately get a better PSU than 400
 
3GB 1,066MHz DDR2 SDRAM

350W and 450W depends on what you are trying to run. im pretty sure it doesnt affect speed but power.
