Difference between MSI and eVGA

I was looking at the 9600GT, is there any difference in performance between eVGA, MSI, PNY, and Nvidia?

EVGA/PNY/XFX and MSI are all good brand video cards, but I would stay away from MSI motherboards. EVGA and XFX motherboard are made by Foxconn, not for sure about there video cards but they probable are too..

Alright cool there all about the same price was just making sure there was no big difference. Thanks!

get eVGA. I have a eVGA 9600GT and it's FREAKING GREAT. I have had absolutely no problem with it whatsoever.

what kinda games do you play with it, can it withstand crysis on med? Just want to get a sense of how it is.

Well, I haven't played Crysis because you know, the game sucks.

I played CoD4 with it and i put everything on max with no lag whatsoever.

and if you're getting the eVGA, try not to get the SSC versions and such because they're just overpriced overclocked versions in which you can do yourself.

I have an EVGA 8800GTX... When I first got it, I called up EVGA's Tech Support about a step-up because I thought about getting an Ultra. I found out that all of EVGA's high-performance line has a lifetime warranty on it. That's just awesome....

Again, as Intel said above, the "Superclocked", "SSC", or any overclocked model are simply priced higher due to the fact that they have been overclocked in the factory.

I recommend EVGA...

If I remember correctly, almost every single video card by eVGA are lifetime warranty. The catch is, you need to register your card first! lol

Well eVGA stated this.

Limited Lifetime Warranty is for all retail Graphics Card and Mainboard products ending in the part numbers A1, A3, AR, AX, BR*, BX*, DR, DX, FR, FX, SG, SL, or S2.

I got a Logisys 550W Power Supply PS550A-BK, cant find any place that gives the specifications of it realy, does any1 know if it could run a 9600GT or maybe a 4850?

my msi mobo has a foxconn logo near the cpu area. probably made by foxconn

Foxconn makes alot of parts for motherboards, so if a company orders parts from there supplier and they get Foxconn, thats what is on the board. Doesnt mean Foxconn made the board. Not for sure who makes MSI boards or if they make them their self.
