Difference between these monitors

Hey guys,
i was looking for a good monitor for my new machine and I came across these two monitors on amazon.

From what I can tel they are exactly the same but the first one is way cheaper. Is there a difference in qualitity? The only thing I cant see is that the first one does not take hdmi.

A couple of things I notice between the two is that the ASUS model can be swiveled between landscape and portrait mode (that may not be important to you) and the ASUS has a 3 yr warranty while the Qnix has no mention of warranty.

Aside from that, it's really difficult to compare monitors strictly by looking at the specs, you really need to view them in person.
