Different color for unread emails in gmail?

I find it difficult to discern which emails in gmail are read, and which are not.

Does anyone know of a way to change the font or color in settings for unread or read emails?

Doesn't seem too hard to tell the difference. Unread is bold and read is normal.

If you're having trouble seeing it I'd suggest scaling up your entire screen.
