Different Laptop AC adaptor replacement?

Hey everyone. Just wondering if I may be able to replace an AC adaptor of different output and input values. I am ordering one online and it says the charger I am going to order is for my model of computer (Acer Aspire 5720)

However I did notice that there are different values in the input and output voltage and the current being produced. If I get this new charger will it affect my laptop in anyway?

My old charger (which is broken) says it produces an input value of 100-240V - 1.6A 50-60Hz

Output value: 19V 3.2A 65W

The new one is : Input 100-240v (Same)
Output Voltage: 20V
Output Current: 4.74A

However, the new AC adaptor looks exactly the same as my old one, just wondering if I can get the new one without damaging my laptop in anyway due to the different input and output values?

An answer provided ASAP would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

If the connection is the same then it will work fine, I would imagine any basic charger would not be that accurate anyway regarding output voltage. 18/19/20v would all be acceptable. As for output current (amps) or watts, it will only output what is demanded from it, so again it would be OK.
What you see is its maximum it can deliver.
