Diffference between ram?

Im looking at ram for my new computer, and saw these two choices, is there any difference at all? Or is there a good reason to go with the more expensive version?

I don't know why the only thing I see different is that one is a CM2X1024-6400 and the other is a CM2X1024-6400PRO

the more expensive ones have leds on them to indicate how much the memory is being used

yeah, a step down from the xpert series which have the programmable leds.
