Difficult Windows 2000 installation...NEED HELP

This is my situation. I have a laptop with no floppy drive, no CD drive and I have no admin access to the computer so I can't login. I do however, have a USB port and a network port that I think is working.

How can I wipe this computer clean and re-install Windows 2000?

Desperately need your help!

yeah, get a external cd-rom drive, thats what i have 2 do, i have the same problem you got, i want 2 install Windows 2000 on my Gateway Solo, but i have no cd-rom, or floppy.

boot into safe mode, Windows will have an administrator account (DEFAULT)and then from here you create another admin account, then you can log on as usual
 
I knew this was a difficult one. I hooked up a CD-ROM drive but it is not recognized by the computer.

Any other ideas? I heard you can install Win2K over the network. How do I do that?
