Digital TV card problems- DTV1000T

Hello, I have just bought a Winfast DTV1000T TV/capture card from Novatech. Everything works fine, I get all channels etc... untill the mommet of either closing the Winfast DTV program or trying to view the EPG page. The program then crashes. When I reopen the DTV program, it displays this message:

'cannot find decoders.'

This then means I cannot recieve any programs etc.... If I reboot my PC then I can start the program, re-tune the channels (as these are lost upon crashing).

Any ideas anyone?

I installed the software on my old XP pro.. which wasn't updated at all for a certain reason. So I bought a brand new Version of XP pro with SP2.... this suffers from the same problems... I purchased the OS as I assumed that the card required an OS with Sp2, as this was stated on the box!!!!.... so thought the problem was linked to this. But it appears to keep having the same problem.
I've updated all drivers, and used the SP2 patch that came with the software, but this still doesn't work.

I'm also waiting to hear back from Leadtek to see what they suggest, as something seems to be a bit more terminal!!
