Would I be able to run Starcraft 2 with Direct 10?

Do you mean a DX10 card? Then yes, the current DX10 cards can play DX9 and older games perfectly fine.

But if you mean play Starcraft 2 in DX10 mode (if it will be), then no, you need an 8xxx series or HD 2K series.
