direct x problems

hey, i just downloaded a game demo and when it starts up it says directx error. so i went to the help website and it said check the diagnostic tool to see if all the 3 things were enabled under the display tab. 2 of them are enabled but the last one AGP Texture Acceleration it says is not available. How do i get AGP Texture Acceleration to work. I have a dell laptop.

Its the Dell Inspiron B130

XP home edition
512mb
Integrated Intel Media Accelerator 900
and i think its a 40gb hard drive
Intel celeron proccesor 1.60ghz
