DirectX 11

DirectX 11 is part of Windows 7 and up. You already have it. All you need to use it is a DX11 compatible video card.
 
Well i Checked cause my card is NVIDIA GeForce gt 640/ 1Gb and its compatible...... Do I just need to update then?
 
What game are you trying to play? Not all games are DX11. All you need to do is launch your DX11 game and go into the settings and set it to use DX11.
 
Okay I saw what game you're trying to play. See that thread for my response. (You would have been better keeping it all to one thread to avoid cross-talk).
 
Yea, i gotcha. All of my other games work fine (witcher, sims3, SWTOR). But I will Try what you said with the cache on half life 2
