Disable of clearing cookies?

Hello,

I work for a huge retail store, and I'm good friends with the owner, and he asked me to help him with a situation. A lot of employees are getting on myspace, and facebook, and then deleting the cookies so not everyone can tell if that person was on the page @ that time, etc. I know you can buy software to spy on people, but is there something on the computer, that can disable them of deleting the cookies or temp internet files? I know you can disable them going to sites with a password easily on the internet, but disabling of cookies, etc would be even better -- then we would know who is getting on the pages, etc.

Any help with this would be appreciated! I've searched the internet, but don't see anything.

I don't know if what you're asking is possible but you can always set up a website filter and put those website in the filter, that way they won't go on them.

Sure there are many ways. You can put that filter, you can put in restricted zone ( to prevent them ) and you can install a keylogger ( Parental Control software ) and if you buy it not download it, it's completely legit and you'll be able to know what certain employee did.

Don't ask details about the keyloggers please, we are not allowed to help about it. This was indeed just an idea.
