Disable sharing in azureus

I like to download alot of open source content throught bittorrent. I use the azureus client. Is it possible to disable all of my uploading/sharing??? It is killing my internet connection, I can barely view internet pages without it timing out.

i dont know if u can completly turn it off but i know with bittorent and bitcomet there is a knob to turn it down (to like 3kb/s) if thats enough..look in the preferences

with azurues, you can only go down to 5k upload with no download limit. Its to stop people like you not sharing. ;p
