Disabling file sharing in windows XP sp2

I apologize for the rookie question but I feel like I can get a good answer on this forum.

I have 3 computers connected to a secure wireless router. What do I need to do to prevent file sharing between the 3 computers(or any computer). I also have an Internet Security Suite installed. Right now for my firewall I have selected the option of "do not share files/printer" for my local network and internet. Is that enough to prevent all sharing? Thanks guys
 
since you disabled that you should be ok. Sharing files and folders is done byy you the end user not the pc. By default nothing is shared unless you do it.
