My system spec:
Asus P8Z77 V LX
Intel i3 3220
8GB Corsair RAM
MSI Nvidia GT650
2 DVD-RW Writer
1 SATA 3 HDD (WINDOWS 8 OS)
2 SATA 2 HDD

I have set the OS HDD as primary boot device. I disabled the other boot device setting in BIOS. Sometimes it show "Disk Boot Failure,Insert System Disk And Press Enter". When I press CTRL + ALT + DEL, it boot to OS perfectly. I have done check disk in Windows 8. Please suggest any solutions. Thank you.

Your boot files is most likely on the other drive that you disabled. Was the other drive attached when you installed windows 8? You should always disconnect any other hard drives when installing windows.

Then most likely the drive you are using is failing on you. What brand of drive is it?

I have run the Seagate tool and it passed all the tests. I highly doubt on the Seagate HDD. I have run Crystal Disk Info program and it showed the HDD is healthy, Shall I change the HDD.

Kind of baffled here. Only other thing I can think of is a bad data or power cable going to the hdd.

Would definately try a different drive and if it happens again then you know its motherboard issue most likely.
