Disk defrag question

Can I schedule a task where disk defrag can run 5 minutes after I log on to my system, every single time?

You don't need to defrag that often. But you could schedule it to do it daily.

Constant defragging reduces your HDD's lifespan.

Once every couple months is sufficient. Unless you are constantly installing and uninstalling programs then you may want to do it once every couple weeks. I'm lucky to do mine twice a year and have no ill effects.
