display on microsoft games

games display like this gpu is radeon x1950pro 256mb is this why is there any fix?

Looks like a failing card if you already have the most recent drivers for that card.

it was working ok on vista 64bit works fine on youtube watching 1080p any idea on where i can get driver mate

Unfortunately, there are no windows 8 drivers for such an old card. The latest drivers on amd is only for vista, there are no windows 7 or later drivers. I would recommend getting a new video card that is windows 8 compatible.
