Display Problem

I need some help, I went to a LAN party a few days ago. My friend (who knows what he is doing) had to reformat my computer, so we cleared everything, then put Windows XP Professional on it. Another of my friends loaned me his video card (MSI something if it matters). when I took my computer home, I gave him his video card back, and now, the display is really screwy. It's 640x400 resolution, and 4-bit color display, and these are the max it can be set at. Now, when we reformatted the computer, did it mess up the driver for my integrated video card? If someone could help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Yes you need to find the drivers for the integrated video. Link the motherboard and ill try to find the drivers.
