I keep recieving this error (picutued) from application dl.exe everytime i connect to the web. The first few webpages load fine but then all the sudden the internet crashes and I have to restart the computer and then the same thing happen over and over...

I know that it cannot be a virus becuase I wiped the harddrive and installed a fresh copy of XpPro and the second I open IE this error occurs. I'm pulling my hair out spending hours trying to resolve. Thank for any help

This is likely a virus. I'm going to move this thread into the Computer Security section. In the meantime, follow the steps in this thread and post the requested logs in your next reply.
