DLL error on boot up

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,

I have been getting this error on boot up for a few months now and have finally got round to posting on here. The error does not cause problems but just bugs me. Does anyone have any ideas how i can get rid of it please?

I'm ok with computers but not at registry editting or anything like that!

This box comes up

C:\WINDOWS\system32\tjxtihky.dll

The specified module could not be found.
Press OK!

the dll doesn't exist on google or anywhere like that! please help.

That is a remnant of an infection. Please run combofix and post the log that it displays back here. Get the download and instructions here. It also wouldn't hurt to download and scan your system with hijackthis, get that here. Do a system scan and save a log file, then copy and paste that log back here.
