do i have enough power?

getting ready to upgrade my computer which is basically turning into a full build almost. i am having trouble finding wattage on a lot of the parts like the case and cpu fans. would appreciate some help looking at the overall power.

started as a brand new HP pc:

but the only thing that will be used from that in the end machine is going to be the drives, had to get a retail windows 7 also.

Go with this motherboard if you're not going to be crossfiring ever:

There would be no benefit in getting the board you chose over this, unless you will be crossfiring.

So basically all you're taking from your old computer is the RAM and the hard drive?

And that power supply is enough, but it is also out of stock and deactivated. They did release a new one that I'm eyeing for my new build. Only $60 with the rebate.

ive had the psu for a few months, and i just received the mobo today. i might do some xfire at some point but if not i still like the MOBO i got bc of the color. have a good black and green theme goin on for this pc. thank you very much for the help, i was concerned with the new case having that many fans. i didnt know if how much of a power drain they were
 
Please don't get the Zalman cooler. They made good coolers back in the day but as of today they're loud and don't cool the best.

You can get Windows 7 Home Premium OEM for $100 on newegg.
