Ultra PSU's are very nice. If you actually read the page you would know that the PSU doesn't cost $10 bucks, it is $59.99 with a $50 mail-in-rebate.

I found the specs from the Ultra home site as well as tigerdirect and did my homework on Ultra as a company overall. I would would not have selected something junky.

The processor is supposed to be an AM2 3200+
