If it's a retail, then it comes with a heatsink and fan. If it's OEM, then it just comes with the cpu.

From the looks of it, it looks like a retail box. So i would say yes, it comes with a heatsink and fan.

I bought the exact same CPU from ebuyer, and yes, there is a HSF included. The stock intel fan is useless. Get the one you posted or this:

Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU

or

Zalman CNPS9500-LE

Thats the only decent HSFs from ebuyer, I would reccomend a Thermaltake Big Typhoon, read reviews and shop around for the one you want.

Nope, no way. The CNPS7700-ALCU is a 120mm fan, its far too big becuase there loads of crap around there on the board.

What case are you getting, the Big Typhoon is a tall cooler, it is raised above the mobo by the heatpipes:

EDIT: To give you an idea of size:

CNPS7700-ALCU:

The CNPS7700-ALCU is lower down, so more likely to hit other parts of the mobo.

Well that case (Which I was going to get, then decided on the Tt Soprano, Thanks Dragon2309 :D) is 200mm wide. The Big Typhoon is about 130mm high. So i doubt that the mobo and CPU is taking up 70mm, so it should fit OK (Height wise, it fits fine in my Soprano)
