Do i need a new PSU?

I'm thinking of OCing my Athlon XP 2500+ to 2.2GHz but i know i'll need a new cpu fan first. The thing is my PSU is a stock 300W piece of crap. Do i need a new psu or is this not neccesary?

If you have the money to buy it, it would probably help keep things a bit more stable.

i think thats really nice.. bit expencive too? for xp2500 anyway...

how long are you going to use your computer for?
if less than 2years, just stick with your old 300w psu,
you have been using that psu untill now right? before upgrading your computer?
shouldn't be a problem to use that same psu..

I'd say get the Enermax, it will definitely help your OC and you can reuse it when it comes time to upgrade.

what video card you running? it may not be necessary to get a new psu.
if the video card plugs into the psu, instead of JUST the agp slot then it might be necessary.
